Security Control Validator with Security Clearance

We're looking for a Security Control Validator to support the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) at Randolph AFB, TX. Position Overview In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to support the design, certification, and accreditation of new and existing information systems. You'll be instrumental in ensuring these systems meet Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity standards-specifically for networks rapidly coming online within the AETC enterprise. This position provides exposure to a variety of systems and technologies and offers the opportunity for growth both laterally and vertically within the company. Key Responsibilities Support RMF implementation and lifecycle management of information systems
Develop and validate information security accreditation packages
Input, validate, and maintain system security data in eMASS
Assess and analyze system documentation for compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including delivering written and oral briefings
Provide expert guidance on Information Assurance (IA) and security control requirements Minimum Requirements U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
3+ years of experience in Information Systems Security supporting DoD programs
Proven skills in communication, documentation, and formal presentations
Strong working knowledge of RMF, IA principles, and eMASS
IAM Level II or III certification, such as: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
CAP (Certified Authorization Professional)
Education Requirements (any of the following): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Associate's Degree in Computer Science and 3 additional years of relevant experience
