Job Description As a Security Cleared Officer- Armed in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more . In the Aero/Defense location, you will be responsible for monitoring designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. This role requires an armed designation and involves driving responsibilities. You will conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities: Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary. Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements. Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas. An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
