This position is fully in-person on Oahu
Description
Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees.
Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research.
Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues.
Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed.
Monitor video feeds.
Document events accurately for records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Call center experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience required.
Dependable: Reliable and trustworthy.
People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
Adaptable/Flexible: Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
Detail-oriented: Prefers focusing on the details of work rather than the bigger picture.

Requires weekend and holiday availability.

6am-2:30pm
8am-4:30pm
10pm-6:30am
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
