Job Title & Role Description:

The Security Analyst is an integral member of the Upward Health Technology Department, responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Upward Health's systems and data. The role involves working in a high-demand environment, ensuring security compliance, and providing support to the organization's cloud-based infrastructure. Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure tools and services, including Active Directory, Defender, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with security incident response and resolution.
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, including compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PHI).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and creating training materials.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.

  • Experience with compliance audits and ensuring systems meet regulatory standards.
