Responsibilities

- Provide security support for WMB and FTW restricted access rooms; the contractor shall work with security personnel from partner organizations to facilitate WMB and FTW personnel access to other restricted facilities
- when required.
- Implement the Government-developed unit specific security procedures.
- Provide physical security management for required rooms and/or facilities, including support for opening and closing if needed, visitor access control and clearance checks, creating/updating fixed facility checklists based on current policies and procedures, facilitating agreements with external organizations, changing/maintaining safe and security door combinations, perform annual first level assessments on all security containers/security door locks, train applicable squadron personnel on proper opening/closing procedures, create/update team Security Operating Procedures and Operating Instructions.
- Provide escort support for facilities, as needed.
- Support the packing and marking of classified material.
- Facilitate reporting of foreign travel, security incident reporting, and all reportable events.
- Provide security awareness training for team employees.
- Provide Special Access Program (SAP) security management, accreditation, and inventory support.
Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience supporting classified workstations up to the TS/SCI Level
- Experience as a GSSO or FSO for SAP level environments
- TS/SCI Clearance required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
