This is a hybrid flexible role - you must reside in San Diego County.

Job Details

We are seeking a Transactional Securities Attorney to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of securities experience with public offerings and mid-cap organizations
Responsibilities:

• SEC filings, critical securities matters, and public and private securities offerings
• Extensive client interaction
• Draft and review press releases, board consents, etc.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing.
• 4-8 years of transactional securities experience, ideally with mid-cap organizations
• Experience with the 33 Act, 34 Act, and/or FINRA
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to stay updated on changes in labor and employment law, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
