This is a hybrid flexible role - you must reside in San Diego County.
Job DetailsWe are seeking a Transactional Securities Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of securities experience with public offerings and mid-cap organizations
Responsibilities:
- SEC filings, critical securities matters, and public and private securities offerings
- Extensive client interaction
- Draft and review press releases, board consents, etc.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing.
- 4-8 years of transactional securities experience, ideally with mid-cap organizations
- Experience with the 33 Act, 34 Act, and/or FINRA
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to stay updated on changes in labor and employment law, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
