PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Section Engineer in High Wycombe. This will be working for one of our most reputable clients within the Civil Engineering Industry. For more information, please see details below.
You will be providing top quality site engineering duties to multiple projects in the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and comply with environmental compliance
- Deliver the works safely at all times
- You must comply with all company procedures
- You must ensure that all work is delivered snag free
- You will highlight any value engineering opportunities
- You will be setting-out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis
- You must overcome and sort any technical issues with the project
- Produce procurement schedules for the jobs
- ITPs and Task Briefings
- 2 week look aheads with the Site Agent
- Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets weekly
- Accurate and timely setting out of the works
- You must work in timelines with the project and make sure all works are handed over to company standard
- Produce all of the accurate records, drawing registers and weekly diaries
Essential:
- You must have previous experience in setting out on civil engineering projects
- Experience in water infrastructure projects, including deep and trenchless drainage projects in the past.
- You must have experience with managing the temporary works
- Excellent knowledge with construction methods, H&S and Legal regulations
- Experience with robotic total station or EDM instruments
- Degree qualified/HNC (or equivalent) in civil engineering
- Competent in management of information controls and RFI process's
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- TWS/C Ticket
