District Description: Manchester Community Schools is a Class D school located 20 miles southwest of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Position: Secretary - Athletic Department - 4 hours/day
Responsibilities - Athletic Secretary: - Provide secretarial and clerical support for the daily operations of the athletic department
- Write, type and distribute correspondence and/or reports as requested.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, students and the general public.
- Maintain general office files ensuring confidentiality of all information and records.
- Check eligibility for student athletes.
- Complete and submit required documentation or electronic data as required by athletic administration.
- Process and maintain athletic purchase orders as required.
- Deposit athletic admissions and maintain activity accounts.
- Provide reception services and respond to inquiries from staff, students, and the general public.
- Schedule/set up for athletic events.
- Other duties as assigned.

Days/Hours: 198.5 days at 4 hours/day (generally school calendar plus 15 additional days)
RATES OF PAY: Per ESP Contract - starting at $14.87/hour
