Position Available: 8/1/2025-6/30/2026

Salary Guide: $56,708 - $67,988 (plus any longevity for which a successful candidate may qualify)

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) with business curriculum required
  • Two years prior experience in clerical or record keeping
  • Six months prior school district experience
  • Demonstrates necessary school secretarial/administrative skills including but not limited to:
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer/technical skills
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
    • Working knowledge of Frontline Education and Genesis SchoolFi platforms
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and make appropriate decisions independently
    • Ability to maintain extensive office records
  • Such equivalent combinations of related experience and training as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Terms of Employment:
  • 12 month year
  • Salary and benefits per MTEA agreement
