Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office documentation, both physical and digital
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-organized
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents
- Manage office calendars and provide administrative support to management
- Perform other clerical duties as needed to support the team

Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
