Responsible for complex secretarial tasks involving the performance of office management duties and secretarial duties for a principal. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform the principal's secretarial duties, including relieving the administrator of routine operational duties, secretarial duties for meetings, preparing and routing purchase orders, and in-district requisitions. Perform secretarial tasks in accordance with standard district practices. Perform secretarial and related duties in a conscientious, safe manner. Perform any other duties assigned by the building principal. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties listed above. High School Diploma or GED graduate from a general or technical high school. Four years of secretarial and office experience preferred within the district; or any equivalent combination of experience and training, with the ability to meet district requirements for proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and etc.) and typing skill levels. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: YEAR: 12 months Salary: Secretary III Salary Range is on the District Clerical Support Salary Schedule
