Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Secret cleared ServiceNow Administrator to join the team sitting fully remote, in support of a Federal client. The ServiceNow Admin will be responsible for the following:
Perform the day-to-day system administration duties, system configuration, manage system access roles and governance, operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Routinely monitor health, usage, and analyze system performance, perform maintenance as per ServiceNow published schedules and take appropriate corrective actions to ensure platform reliability.
Receive tickets via ServiceNow ticketing system, prioritizing tasks and assignments, system enhancements, investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical problems impacting the platform.
Partner with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to create and deploy digital workflows, business rules and scripts in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Follow ServiceNow best practices for out of box configuration, customizations, approved integrations, and enhancements to sustain an enterprise level mission focused on the ServiceNow system.
Perform system implementation and administration duties on the ServiceNow platform for multiple new modules and applications including Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Security Operations, ITOM, Service Portals, Dashboards, and others as needed.
Provide implementation and maintenance services to comply with and enforce organizational operating procedures and policies.
Perform ServiceNow upgrades, software updates, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide implementation of or integration into a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to enhance Change Management and configuration control as well as conduct necessary ServiceNow technical and functional training.
Work with internal technology teams to provide complete solutions to customers needs.

Skills and Requirements
Active Secret Clearance
Minimum of 35 years of experience in ServiceNow system administration and configuration.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Demonstrated experience managing ServiceNow ITSM modules null
