Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist to support a flourishing federal IT provider based out of Annapolis Junction, MD. The Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist is responsible for supporting a federal mission ciritical system technical upkeep and maintenance. Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Includes: Provide first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with tickets, phone call, emails or in-person help. Assist in account creation, account lockouts, and password changes. Log and route service requests and incidents in an ticketing system Qualifications for the Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Includes: 0-3 years of help desk/IT experience Experience working with Remedy, ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Bachelor's degree is preferred Active Secret clearance is required Compensation for the Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Includes: Hourly Range: $20 - $23 depending on experience and education Benefits: Full benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k This job opens for applications on 04/28/2025.
