Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist to support a flourishing federal IT provider based out of Annapolis Junction, MD. The
Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialistis responsible for supporting a federal mission ciritical system technical upkeep and maintenance.
Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Includes: - Provide first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with tickets, phone call, emails or in-person help.
- Assist in account creation, account lockouts, and password changes.
- Log and route service requests and incidents in an ticketing system
Qualifications for the Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Includes: - 0-3 years of help desk/IT experience
- Experience working with Remedy, ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Active Secret clearance is required
Compensation for the Secret Cleared Enterprise Help Desk Specialist Includes: - Hourly Range: $20 - $23 depending on experience and education
