We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy Associate to join our finance and accounting team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and maintaining adherence to accounting standards.

Description
- Prepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures.
- Assist in drafting and filing other SEC documents, such as 8-Ks, registration statements, and proxy statements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all SEC filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Research and interpret new and existing accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS, as applicable).
- Draft, update, and maintain accounting policy documentation and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and acquisitions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation desired but not required
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier firms) or a corporate SEC reporting role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
