  • Double occupancy rooms: Rent is $150 Week
  • Includes: All utilities, Wi-Fi, bedding, cooking & serving utensils, private backyard.
  • There are no onsite laundry facilities, but there is a laundry mat right next door.
  • There are 2 bathrooms to share with as many as 10 housemates.
  • The house is in a residential zone:
  • No house parties.
  • No Smoking/Vaping allowed of any kind inside, there are two outside porches.
  • No loud music or late nights
  • Nobody is allowed in the house that does not live there without prior authorization.
