Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Lou Malnati's
- You will be on the move. You will be receiving and answering phone calls, and talking to customers and your team.
- Tracking FedEx orders. We want every customer to enjoy our delicious Made from Scratch Frozen Pizzas, even if they live across the U.S

Requirements - Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent intrapersonal, communication, listening, and time management skills
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and internet research)
- Ability to sit approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the office
- Must have the ability to work independently after training
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
Additional Information - Shift availability on Mondays through Fridays until 8PM
- Shift availability on Saturday and Sundays until 5PM
- Full-time (up to 80 hours per pay period)
- Worksite: In person at Lou Malnati's Support Center
- Job Length: November 2024 through December 2024
- Ability to join the Lou Malnati's Family full time.
