Compensation: Minimum Salary: $273.00 per day (daily rate + commission).
Daily Rate = $118.50
Delivery Commissions = $154.50

Position Summary As a Driver Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering pre-ordered products to our valued customers while ensuring they are stocked and rotated effectively. This seasonal role has the potential for permanent placement based on your performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities - Verify load accuracy and stability before delivery.
- Deliver products to assigned customer accounts.
- Merchandise, display, and rotate products in adherence to company standards.
- Invoice customers and collect payments.
- Retrieve company property when necessary.
- Safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Settle accounts on a daily basis.
Qualifications - Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Class A Driver's License is required.
- 1-3 years of general work experience.
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Local delivery experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in grocery store or consumer products preferred.
- Able to operate a two or four-wheel dolly.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Driving record must meet MVR policy guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift, pull, and push over 50 pounds repeatedly, along with bending, kneeling, and reaching.
