JOB SUMMARY: Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape (RMCL) is seeking an organized, dedicated, bilingual individual to join our team as a Seasonal Bilingual Administrative Assistant. The Seasonal Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning across various administrative functions during peak season. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors to the front lobby and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist with Job Applications: Help applicants fill out job applications and answer any questions they may have.
• Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage Front Desk: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Schedule Appointments: Arrange appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Handle Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Oversee cell phone management: Ordering new phones and maintaining records.
• H2B Main Contact: Be the main point of contact for all H2B employees, taking feedback, answering questions and generally assisting with needs.
• Assist Other Departments: Work closely with other departments in the Gypsum office, including but not limited to maintenance, construction and HR. Assist as needed.
• Miscellaneous Tasks and Projects: Several special projects will come up that will need to be completed in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative, office management, or customer service experience.
• Experience with billing, vendor compliance, and office management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
