As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Aeropostale, your primary responsibility is to embody and promote the company's culture, values, and mission. This role is centered around creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by sharing your passion for fashion. You will engage with customers, helping them feel good about their individual style while providing thoughtful service. Your engaging personality will be key in connecting with customers and making their shopping experience memorable. In this position, you will be expected to achieve and exceed sales goals by effectively executing the company's selling strategy. This includes sharing your product knowledge with customers to maximize sales and building relationships that foster brand loyalty. You will also assist customers by understanding their personal style and offering tailored fashion advice. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, completing tasks such as floor sets, restocking merchandise, and processing customer transactions. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff, modeling the company's values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity. This is a seasonal position, with a time frame from October to December, and requires flexible availability to meet the business's needs, including evenings and weekends. The role is part-time, with expected hours ranging from 0 to 25 hours per week, and offers a competitive hourly wage between $16.50 and $17.00, based on experience and position offered.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
