Role Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of our digital presence, manage our websites, conduct website audits, and develop a robust SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, web management, and search engine optimization (SEO). They will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our websites.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling B2B websites with all the On-Page & Off-Page areas for lead generation.
- Perform keyword research in coordination with the various business objectives to optimize content and uncover new opportunities.
- Excellent understanding of target audience, competitor analysis, link building activities and content marketing.
- Good understanding of website architecture, URL structure, responsive site optimization, crawling, indexing, structure data, Core Web Vitals, etc.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Implement content updates, design improvements, and troubleshoot any website issues as needed.
- Direct and prepare link building strategy for promoting Articles, Blogs, Case Studies, Infographics, PPT, Videos etc.
- Review and monitor to generate high quality backlinks from authority sources.
- Collect and analyze reports based on traffic, keywords, conversion and other SEO aspects.
- Provide recommendations to developers for implementing Structured Data and Google Knowledge Graph on the website.
- Excellent knowledge of using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, MOZ, etc.
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical and content-related issues.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using web analytics tools.
- Monitor and evaluate overall website performance and technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
- Collaborate with marketing team members, designers, and developers to implement CRO strategies and improvements.
- Generate regular reports on website performance, SEO rankings, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques.

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in website management, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and website management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in SEO and digital marketing are a plus.
