About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven SEO expert with a strong command of both technical and content-focused SEO, including off-page strategies and EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) best practices. You should be proficient in tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio, and capable of mentoring a growing SEO team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Implement and optimize EEAT signals across all content and link-building efforts to build brand authority.
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns, outreach efforts, and content partnerships aligned with Google's quality guidelines.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor audits, and opportunity analysis to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities.
- Monitor and enhance site performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
- Create and maintain SEO dashboards and performance reports in Looker Studio to track KPIs, rankings, and traffic trends.
- Collaborate with development, content, paid media, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, driving continuous improvement and training initiatives.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies proactively.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven success in driving organic growth.
- Deep understanding of EEAT principles and experience implementing them at a strategic and content level.
- Strong knowledge of off-page SEO, including ethical link-building strategies, brand mentions, and digital PR.
- Expertise in technical SEO (structured data, site speed, indexation, Core Web Vitals, canonical tags).
- Proficiency in SEO tools: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom headless CMS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:- Experience working with international or multilingual websites.
- Understanding of SEO for JS frameworks (React, Next.js) and AWS-hosted environments.
- Knowledge of ORM (Online Reputation Management) and content-driven SEO.
