Role: Search Engine Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and insightful analysis.
- Manage the execution of client Search programs, including overseeing the work of analyst-level team members.
- Analyze performance data to provide intelligent insights, interpretations, and actionable plans.
- Collaborate with Search senior leadership to develop Paid Search strategies, testing methodologies, and roadmaps, presenting these strategies effectively.
- Contribute to team training initiatives by leading cross-learning sessions for analyst-level team members and below.
- Manage daily communication with key search engine representatives.
- Provide support for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2.5+ years of direct experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo., Bing, etc.), focused on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS).
- 1+ years of experience with bid management platforms (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, DS3) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst).
- Desire and aptitude for training, motivating, and guiding team members.
- Advanced quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning within the Search Engine Marketing field.
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate SEM program success and drive improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to connect strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong self-starter, writer, and communicator.
