Must Have Skills

Programming skills Primary skill requirement

• Strong proficiency in Core Java including ObjectOriented Programming OOP concepts
• Exception handling Collections framework Multithreading and concurrency and Reflections

Testing skills Secondary skill

• Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and best practices
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD pipelines
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with other test automation tools such as Appium Javascript Groovy or Junit
• Experience with cloudbased testing platforms and services
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices

Soft Skills

• Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically dispersed teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
