As a Software Development Engineer on our team, you'll work on systems that make real-time intelligent decisions, optimize logistics networks, and coordinate thousands of delivery events across diverse geographies, from dense urban centers to suburban neighborhoods.

Required Skills:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in machine learning and optimization algorithms
- Background in edge computing and real-time data processing
- Passion for solving logistical challenges
Additional qualifications include:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in system design or architecture
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, perception systems, and sensors (cameras, LIDAR, radar)
- Experience with AI decision-making systems, motion planning, and navigation algorithms
- Background in real-time and embedded software development
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with ROS/ROS2 and simulation environments (Gazebo, IsaacSIM)
- Understanding of SLAM techniques and safety-critical software practices

The salary range for this position in the US varies from $129,300 to $223,600 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.
