Scrum Master with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Execute SCRUM methodologies for a product lifecycle.
Analyze requirements and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams.
Guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, and facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals.
Lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide the team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.
Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Support maintenance and implementation of program monitoring tools and frameworks such as the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Support business operations and interface with delivery teams in support of data modernization.
May also serve as Agile Coach. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
