A day in the life.

As a SCRUM Master on the MMA Data team, you lead the implementation of Agile methodologies and facilitate collaboration within the team. You prioritize requirements and guide the team through sprint planning and backlog grooming. You foster continuous improvement and coordinate cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills help identify and address obstacles, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Overall, as a SCRUM Master, you play a vital role in promoting collaboration, efficiency, and adherence to MMA's technology standards.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 7+ years in a Scrum Master or similar role

• Facilitate M&A Data Integration sessions, capture backlog, algin backlog to sprint planning, engage teams to come up with estimates.

• Manage M&A activities: Ability to manage multiple scrum teams, Stakeholder management, Manage program updates.

• Create, review, and approve plans for delivering M&A project outcomes. Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders to address any challenges that arise.

• Guiding the team in adopting agile data practices, such as iterative data modeling and continuous data integration.

• Facilitating retrospectives and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement in data-related processes.

• Facilitating data-related Scrum events, such as Data Sprint Planning, Data Stand-ups, Data Reviews, and Data Retrospectives

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and outcomes during retrospectives.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Ensure the team has a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

• Act as a servant leader, supporting the team's needs and facilitating their success.

• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within the team.

• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates.

• Advocate for the team's needs and ensure a productive and positive work environment.

• Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related degree, or relevant experience.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,400-149,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
