Job Summary Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Scrum Master with experience developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

Location: Pleasanton, CA Key Responsibilities Good understanding on Agile principles, Kanban Technical Project Manager
Run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework.
Good understanding on Waterfall and Agile SDLC process.
Exposure to migrating teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC process.
Exposure to working with multi-vendor team that achieves the same deliverable goal.
Understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.
Knowledge of tools like Version One (preferred) or CA Agile or Jira
Good understanding on "Test driven development" in Agile.
Good understanding on Software testing life cycle as well as project management skills and people management.
Communication should be excellent.
Should be able to enable Cognizant to achieve new positions and opportunities in the allocated area.
Professional Experience / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience leading a team and mentoring team members
3+ Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment
Agile, Kanban.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
