Overview: We're seeking an IT-oriented Scrum Master with a background in testing or development. The ideal candidate will guide and empower teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Empower the team to self-organize, make decisions, and meet project goals.

• Identify and remove impediments to streamline development or testing processes.

• Foster transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders.

• Track and report on key Agile metrics, providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT, focusing on testing or development.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles.

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
