  • Work with leadership to ensure resource planning is effectively managed, aligning resources with program needs, and ensuring the right skill sets are available.
  • Assist in budget management, ensuring that the program is within financial constraints and delivering value against budgetary expectations.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of Azure services, governance tools, and best practices to ensure cloud adoption aligns with Azure Landing Zone principles and Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to security, compliance, and cost optimization strategies in the Azure environment.
  • Guide the team in aligning technical details (such as Azure networking, identity management, and security components) with overall program goals and customer requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address any impediments that hinder the team's ability to meet goals, using problem-solving techniques to remove obstacles.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, operations, and other stakeholders, even in distributed work environments.
  • Provide clear and timely communication, including status updates, executive-level reports, and project documentation, ensuring transparency and keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Track team progress, maintain sprint metrics, and ensure that sprint goals are met consistently by the team.
