Guide and coach the development team and product owner on Scrum practices, ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework, ceremonies and related best practices. Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, encouraging effective communication, cooperation, and transparency among team members. Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and shared responsibility. Work closely with the product owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and properly sequenced. Monitor team progress, track key metrics, and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and dependencies. Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project goals, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and development activities. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. Work with the following: Developing Workplans, Process Automation, Defect tracking tools, Agile, Scrum.
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Two (2) years of the aforementioned five years of progressively responsible experience must have included: Developing Workplans, Process Automation, Defect tracking tools, Agile, Scrum. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients.
