Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master to guide and support software delivery teams in a collaborative, Agile-focused environment.

• The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote best practices, and help the team deliver secure, high-quality digital solutions.

• This role includes coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders and involves using Agile project management tools to track progress and drive continuous improvement.

• A hybrid work model is followed, with multiple in-office days per week, including mandatory team-based collaboration days.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification

• 5-7 years of experience leading Agile teams in developing custom software solutions

• Solid understanding of Agile principles and software development life cycle practices

• Strong background in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with familiarity in scaling methods

• Effective at managing team progress through Agile ceremonies and metrics

• Skilled at collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders

• Ability to manage delivery timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Familiarity with enterprise-level Agile tools for tracking, backlog management, and reporting

• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills

• Experience working in structured, compliance-focused environments

• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams working on digital and cloud-based applications

Desired Skills:

• Certification in project management methodology (such as PMP)

• Experience supporting software solutions in regulated industries

• Familiarity with modern digital architectures such as microservices and API-driven development

• Experience supporting applications hosted on cloud platforms

• Understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and secure development best practices

Compensation:
Pay Range: $61.25-$87.50 Per Hr
