Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a scrum master to join one of our largest financial clients in Charlotte, NC. This Scrum Master resource will be accountable for scrum team execution, and optimizing the flow of work that produces business-value through the team. - Work with Product Owners and Scrum Teams in requirements decomposition, backlog refinement, and breakdown of user stories and tasks. This role sits 3 days onsite in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ yeas of Agile Scrum Master experience - directly leading multiple scrum teams

- Regulatory Reporting Experience / previous financial industry experience

- Jira

- Experience providing execution progress updates and leading discussions with senior technology and business partners ( as well as Product Owners, developers, testers)

- Self-starter, requiring minimal direction and takes ownership of the assignment and drive it to completion

- Problem Solving Skills - Ability to drive end-to-end delivery across complex execution efforts ensuring all people, process, and technology deliverables are managed appropriately

- Communication Skills - needs to be able to effectively communicate with team members, business partners, and executive stakeholders - Agile Scrum Master Cert null
