Neos is seeking an Scrum Master for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, fostering a highly productive Agile culture.
• Drive Agile project management best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, DBAs, and data scientists to ensure smooth execution of data modernization projects.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, managing Agile projects and leading Scrum ceremonies effectively.
• Hands-on experience with data modernization initiatives, including data modeling, and data governance.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, including Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in cloud migration technologies, particularly experience with Talend-to-Azure Cloud migrations.
• Expertise in project tracking and reporting using tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with data development teams, including architects, DBAs, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Strong grasp of Data Governance principles and best practices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
• Certification in Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
• Bachelors in Information Technology
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data solutions within cloud-based environments.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus on strategic data initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, enabling collaboration across teams.
