Overview

Responsibilities
    Execute SCRUM methodologies for a product lifecycle.
  • Analyze requirements and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams.
  • Guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, and facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide the team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
  • Support maintenance and implementation of program monitoring tools and frameworks such as the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Support business operations and interface with delivery teams in support of data modernization.
  • May also serve as Agile Coach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. - USD $180,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
