Our client seeks an Scrum Master Advisorfor a long-term project in Bloomfield, CT or Scottsdale AZ. Below is the detailed requirement

Title: Scrum Master Advisor
Location : Bloomfield, CT or Scottsdale AZ
Contract : 12 Months

Job Description:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience

MUST HAVES:

• Scrum master certification(s)
• 5+ yrs of SAFe Agile experience
• 5+ yrs of experience working with on AWS cloud environments/ Platforms

Duties:
Serves as the "servant leader" of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule. Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks; they must also understand business strategy and objectives and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives.

The incumbent provides expert content/professional leadership on complex assignments/projects. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum , to deliver solutions.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology
• Direct experience or strong understanding of using agile software (Jira) to design and execute work in sprint cycles while leveraging typical agile ceremonies within agile/waterfall software development lifecycles.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate business needs for technical teams and technical solutions to the business
