Job Description:

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

SMPES Scrum Master: Serves as Scrum Master and Agile Facilitator for the integration of six separate program systems into the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES). Keeps the team on-track as a facilitator of Agile teams that manages SCRUM processes and communication. Accountable for the Scrum process and the effectiveness of the Scrum team. Helps the team reach consensus for daily Scrum, what can be achieved during each Sprint. Stays focused on established rules. Removes obstacles that are impeding the team's progress. Protects the team from outside distractions. Fosters collaboration for successful delivery of integration/modernization initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Required Certification: Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Location: Offutt AFB.
  • US Citizenship Required.
  • Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM); or Professional Scrum Master (PSM): or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM); or Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM); or SAFe Agilist Certification; or Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)

The likely salary range for this position is $108,979 - $147,443. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
