Meet is partnered with a growing biotech innovator pushing the boundaries of immunology and therapeutic discovery. We're looking for a curious and driven Scientist I to bring expertise in immune cell biology-particularly T and B cells-into our collaborative R&D environment.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate how immune cells behave in health and disease using cutting-edge tools and human-relevant models.
- Work closely with clinical and translational teams to connect lab data to patient needs.
- Use primary human samples, whole blood, and cellular assays to explore immune responses.
- Apply multi-color flow cytometry to dissect immune cell subsets and dynamics.
- Generate high-quality data to support new discoveries, patents, and regulatory filings.
- Present insights clearly to peers, leadership, and external collaborators.
- Contribute to the scientific development of the team through mentorship and idea-sharing.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related area
- 2 years of experience minimum in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong foundation in adaptive immunity (both T/B cell biology); knowledge of myeloid or granulocyte cells is a plus.
- Skilled in flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based immune assays.
- Experience in IND-enabling work, immunohistochemistry, or single-cell technologies is advantageous
