Environex, with over thirty years in catalyst emissions technology, is seeking a motivated and outgoing Scientific Business Development Associate to join our close-knit team in our Malvern, PA office. The successful candidate will have a technical/science background, excellent written/oral/interpersonal communication skills with a knack for growing connections. This position reports to the Marketing Director and includes up to 15% travel for continental US-based trade show/conference events.
The successful candidate's qualities and qualifications will include:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (or related science) and/or up to three years of related energy industry/power plant/ industrial experience. College students graduating by June 2025 are also welcome and encouraged to apply.
- The ability to work independently, the aptitude for communicating with a diverse group of people using various methodologies, and a keen interest in supporting existing customer relationships while fostering new ones through lead generation and proposals.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.); experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), graphic design, and/or WordPress (or similar) software is a bonus.
- US citizenship with existing ties to the Philadelphia Tri-State area.
