Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in SLP
Valid state license or certification as a SLP
Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Knowledge of various speech and language disorders
Proficiency in relevant therapeutic techniques

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop appropriate therapy plans.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
Provide direct therapy through individual and group sessions, ensuring tailored instruction.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation.
