Job Summary:
Accurate Staffing Consultants is seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve our diverse student population for the school year . This full-time position requires fluency in English and Spanish and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites. The SLP will be primarily allocated to a middle school while also providing district-wide support for preschool screenings/evaluations and reevaluations for school-age students .
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
Conduct initial and triennial evaluations, as well as screenings for both preschool and school-age students.
Support a part-time caseload at a middle school while floating across the district as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom instruction.
Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation required by federal, state, and district regulations.
Communicate effectively with families, including those whose primary language is Spanish, to ensure inclusive service delivery.
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team assessments, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
Valid South Carolina Educator Certification (Speech-Language Pathologist)
Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written)
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY considered)
Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day
36-week academic year
