School Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a Castle Rock, CO area school district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students.

Duties
- Conduct student assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech therapy to patients with communication difficulties
- Work with students to address speech and language delays
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Implement early intervention strategies for optimal student outcomes
- Provide speech therapy services in school settings as needed

Qualifications
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in patient care and assessment
- Proficiency in conducting patient evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and speech therapy techniques
- Familiarity with pediatric speech disorders and early intervention strategies
