Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: District-wide, per request

Schedule: 25-26 school year 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM 7.5 hours/day (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Qualifications:

  • IL ISBE Professional Educator License or Sub Certificate
  • BCBA Certification
  • Master's in ABA, Special Ed, or related field

Experience: Minimum 4 years providing ABA services to children

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, and community settings
  • Develop and implement functional, naturalistic treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses
  • Lead engaging parent training sessions
  • Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians and fellow BCBAs
  • Design innovative training materials for staff and parents
  • Track client progress and ensure treatment integrity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
