Join our friendly and dedicated team as a Part-Time School Run Driver and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of children with special educational needs (SEN) or vulnerable adults to and from their homes, schools, and day care centres. Your rewarding responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of your passengers throughout their journey, assisting them with boarding and alighting our vehicles safely

  • Building positive and professional relationships with the children, their parents/carers, and school staff you'll be a friendly face they recognise and trust

  • Maintaining our company vehicle in a roadworthy, clean, and tidy condition taking pride in your workspace. You also have the option to use your own vehicle

  • Following a consistent route and transporting the same group of passengers daily, providing predictability and comfort for everyone involved

  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure environment for all passengers

  • Being a reliable and punctual member of our team, ensuring children arrive at their destinations safely and on time

What we're looking for in you:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK

  • You must hold a valid UK driving license

  • Excellent time-keeping and communication skills are essential for this role

  • A caring and empathetic nature is crucial you'll be working with individuals who may require additional support

  • The ability to work well as part of a friendly team and contribute to a positive working environment
