School Psychologist Opportunity in Walnut Creek, CA Earn Up to $72/hr.

Covelo Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our Educational Services team in Walnut Creek, CA.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting students' mental health and well-being, working closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive and thriving learning environment.

What You'll Do
Work directly with students to develop or improve communication skills, mediate conflict resolution, promote positive peer relationships, and prevent bullying and violence.
Perform psychological and/or academic assessments and recommend interventions to support students' mental, emotional, and behavioral health in a learning environment.
Identify at-risk students and provide crisis prevention strategies as needed.
Connect families with community resources and coordinate outside services when appropriate.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field and Master of Education (MEd) in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program.
Active California School Psychologist license and NCSP credential.
Prior school-based psychology experience is welcomed but not required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for helping students succeed

This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
