School Psychologist

Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Qualifications:

Valid NY State Psychologist License
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in elementary settings
Strong skills in conducting assessments and re-evaluations
Ability to collaborate effectively in IEP and RTI meetings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with educational policies and procedures

Location:Spring Valley, NY area

Responsibilities:

Provide psychological assessments and evaluations for students
Conduct intake meetings and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
Participate in response to intervention (RTI) meetings and strategies
Address learning and behavioral challenges through tailored interventions
Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation
