School Psychologist

Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

A school psychologist is needed for an onsite, full-time position in Cottage Grove, OR, within a K-12 educational setting. This role is critical in supporting the psychological and educational needs of students through evaluation, consultation, and intervention services.

Qualifications:

Active Oregon school psychologist license
Valid drivers license
Masters degree or higher in school psychology or related field
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in special education
Strong assessment and report writing skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Location:
Cottage Grove, OR

Responsibilities:

Conduct educational and psychological evaluations for referred students.
Coordinate the implementation of evaluation recommendations with school staff.
Participate in parent conferences and collaborative meetings with educators and specialists.
Prepare and maintain written evaluation reports for Special Education and school records.
Follow up on referrals and ensure continuous support for students.
Serve as a consultant to teachers and Special Education personnel regarding student needs.
Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as assigned.
Attend and actively participate in Special Education staff meetings.
