Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Specialist (BCBA) certification
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in behavioral interventions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology and behavior analysis
Responsibilities:
Provide psychological assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
Conduct staff training and workshops on behavioral management techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support
Engage with families to discuss assessments, findings, and recommendations
