Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students, providing insights into their academic and emotional needs.
Develop and implement individualized counseling plans tailored to students needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
Valid school psychologist or school counselor license in Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of behavioral interventions and support strategies.
