We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven School Principal to oversee daily school operations and instructional leadership. This individual will work closely with school leadership to ensure a safe, effective, and inclusive educational environment. The Principal will provide supervision and mentorship to staff, support student development, and ensure compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs), state regulations, and school policies.

Responsibilities:

As the School Principal, your primary responsibilities will include:

2. Supervising, guiding, and evaluating the performance of school staff to promote the achievement of school objectives.
3. Developing and implementing strategic plans, educational policies, and guidelines in line with healthcare industry standards.
4. Promoting a positive, healthy, and safe learning environment conducive to academic and personal development.
5. Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and curriculum.
6. Engaging with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to build relationships and foster a supportive learning environment.
7. Overseeing the management of school logistics, including schedules, resources, and the physical facility.
8. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines related to education in the healthcare industry.
9. Leading the development and implementation of a continuous improvement plan for the school.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the position of Permanent School Principal should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Master's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably in the healthcare sector.
3. Proven experience in staff supervision, performance management, and professional development.
4. Strong knowledge of educational legislation, curriculum design, and management principles in the healthcare industry.
5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, parents, and the community.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage resources effectively.
8. Proven track record of improving school performance and student achievement.
9. Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence staff and students to achieve their full potential.
10. Valid state Principal's certification would be a plus.
